I chose Real Estate as a career 35 years ago and have continued my education throughout those years. I am a licensed NJ Broker, NJ Licensed Director of a school and teach Teal Estate for Sales licensees and Broker licensees. I am a certified mediator, a skill that provides needed advantages in negotiations. I'm on the Millville Board of Education, an elected position in my community and serve my community in all other ways I can. I'm President of the County Board of Realtors for 2008 and previously in 1992. I also have served on many committees and many other officers positions of this Board.

My sales background is in commercial, industrial and tax shelter real estate. I specialize in Relocation of employees and companies. I love working with Estates.
