I, William J. Herman Sr. as a retired Chief of Police of Millville, am well known in the community and have a deep understanding of the area. Millville born, and a graduate of Millville High School, I continued to serve the community  on the police force for 34 years.
As a personal commitment to success, I continued my education at Rowan University where I received a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Education. As well as attending the FBI National Academy, I am also a graduate of the Graduate of the Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI).
In service to my country for many years I recently retired from the United States Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant and the New Jersey Air National Guard.
Along with being a full time Real Estate Associate, I have served as an adjunct professor of Criminal Justice at Burlington County College, Cumberland County College, Thomas Edison State College and Fairleigh Dickinson University since 1978.
I am an active member of the County, State, and National Association of Realtors, and a committed member of The Maxx Agency.
