I, Norman Franckle Jr., newly appointed Under Sheriff for Cumberland County, as well as a retired Millville Police Lieutenant have deep established ties in Cumberland County. Born and raised in Maurice River Township, I am a graduate of Millville High School and served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam era.
To further my education I attended both Rutgers University and Thomas Edison College. I am a Certified Public Manager, as well as a graduate of the FBI National Academy. In an effort to better help our community I am a lifetime member of the Millville Rescue Squad, served 25 years in the Millville Police Department, a past School Board Member, and a Maurice River Township Committeeman since 1997.
As a Real Estate Associate of The Maxx Agency I handle residential and commercial properties in Cumberland, Salem, Atlantic and Cape May Counties.
